Join us for four 3-day camps in June coached by SynergyForce Alumni Mimi Colyer, KC Cochran, Jayhlin Swain, and Jade Light!
Mimi Colyer Attacking/Blocking Camp: June 8-10
- We are thrilled to have former SynergyForce student-athlete and current Dallas Pulse Outside Hitter Mimi Colyer back to coach a 3-day Attacking & Blocking Camp June 8th-10th. Mimi is an accomplished athlete who just finished her Senior season at the University of Wisconsin after three exceptional seasons at the University of Oregon. She burst onto the national scene as the 2022 AVCA National Freshman of the Year after leading all freshmen in both kills and points, and has continued to develop into one of the most dynamic offensive players in the country. Known for her powerful attacking, consistency, and all-around impact, Colyer has earned multiple All-American honors and conference accolades throughout her collegiate career. In her first professional season, Mimi was selected as an All Star and leads her team in Points, Kills, and Total Attacks. With her competitive drive, leadership, and experience at the highest level of volleyball, Colyer brings elite knowledge and energy to any camp environment, making her an outstanding mentor for athletes looking to elevate their game.
KC Cochran Setting Camp: June 15-17
- SynergyForce class of 2023 and current Texas Tech Setter Katelyn Cochran is back to coach a 3-day Setting Camp June 15th-17th. Cochran has steadily developed into one of the top collegiate Setters in the country, surpassing 1,000 career assists and recorded a career-high 52 assists in a single match this past season, while consistently producing across the board with assists, digs, and service aces. KC was also selected to the US National Team Open Program and recognized as one of the top talents in the country for her age group. Before her collegiate career, Cochran was a highly decorated player at Whitney High School, where she was a four-time All-Conference selection and earned honors such as League MVP and NorCal Player of the Year. She helped lead her team to a 30-2 record and a section championship her senior year while filling the stat sheet in every category. She was also a member of the first SynergyForce National team to earn an open bid to the USAV Nationals three straight years. Cochran offers a deep understanding of the game and a passion for teaching, making her an excellent leader and mentor for athletes looking to improve their skills at this camp!
Jayhlin Swain Passing/Defense Camp: June 22-24
- SynergyForce alumni and current University of the Pacific Libero Jayhlin Swain will be back in the gym June 22-24 to coach a 3-day Passing and Defense Camp. Known for her defensive consistency and leadership on the court, Swain has developed into one of the top defensive players in the West Coast Conference. In her junior season, she earned All-WCC Honorable Mention honors after leading both her team and the conference with 524 total digs while ranking among the top in digs per set. She followed that up with another strong senior campaign, finishing near the top of the conference in total digs and continuing to anchor Pacific’s back row with her quickness, control, and reliability. Prior to her collegiate career, Swain was a highly decorated player at Cosumnes Oaks High School, where she was named MVP her senior year and Defensive Player of the Year as a sophomore. She set the school record for digs in a single season (465) and amassed over 1,200 career digs, helping lead her team to multiple state tournament appearances. With experience competing at both the Big Ten and WCC levels, along with a reputation as one of the conference’s premier defenders, Swain brings elite defensive knowledge, energy, and a strong work ethic—making her an outstanding mentor for athletes looking to improve their game at this camp!
Jade Light Attacking/Blocking Camp: June 30-July 1
- SynergyForce class of 2022 alumni and UC Davis Outside Hitter Jade Light will be back to coach a 3-day Attacking and Blocking camp on June 30-July 1. Jade developed into one of the premier offensive players on the west coast, capping off an outstanding collegiate career with a historic 2025 season, earning Big West Player of the Year honors along with All-Big West First Team and AVCA All-Region recognition. She led UC Davis with 421 kills while adding 264 digs, finishing her career with over 1,100 kills and becoming one of just a select group of players in program history to reach the 1,000-kill milestone. Throughout her career, Light steadily elevated her game, earning All-Big West Second Team honors as a junior before breaking out as one of the top players in the conference her senior year. She recorded multiple 20+ kill performances, double-doubles, and conference weekly awards, showcasing her consistency and competitive drive. Prior to UC Davis, she was a standout at Pleasant Grove High School, where she earned league MVP honors and was named her school’s Female Athlete of the Year. Balancing elite athletics with academics as an aeronautical engineering major, Light brings a unique combination of discipline, leadership, and high-level playing experience—making her an exceptional role model and mentor for athletes looking to grow their game at camp.
