In House & Juniors

In-House Program: ages 13-15

Juniors Program: ages 12 & under

• 1 weekend practice per week (starting in December)
• 5 local one-day tournaments at the SynergyForce Facility or in the Greater Sacramento Area
• Easy and simple online registration
• Instruction from top SynergyForce coaches
• No Tryouts - All athletes will be placed on teams at placement date
• 100% fun!

All Juniors Practices are Saturdays 8:30am - 10:30am

All In-House Practices are Saturdays 10:30am -12:30pm

Registration will open in October prior to start date in December.
